Challenge

Staff had to move data and tasks across several systems. It was hard to see who owned the next step, where a patient was stuck, or whether source data supported billing.

What was built

Mapped the full workflow, designed the product and architecture, built guided forms and role-based queues, connected outside systems, added exact care-time tracking, created billing guardrails, and added dashboards, audit history, and recovery tools.

Result

The work moved into one tracked operating path. Staff had clear queues, managers could see bottlenecks earlier, and key sync and billing-review steps had traceable evidence.
